Payment Period
In case of credit card payment
Payment is confirmed at the time of order.
Please note that your order may be cancelled if the product is out of stock or the delivery time is longer than usual. Please note that due to the credit card company's closing date, there is a possibility that the product price will be deducted from your account once. If the month of purchase and the month of return are different because the deadline for credit card changes is the last day of each month, the amount of the order may be debited from your account and then refunded by our company via bank transfer.

In the case of bank transfer
Your order is confirmed at the time of payment. If payment is not received by the due date, the order will be cancelled.


Time of delivery of services or products
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, the product will be shipped within 7 business days after the online payment is confirmed. For items on delivery, items shipped directly from the manufacturer, and made-to-order items, the approximate delivery date will be indicated on each page, but please check the scheduled delivery schedule that will be sent to you by e-mail after you place your order. However, due to the events listed in the disclaimer below, the delivery schedule may be delayed for reasons unintended by us, and we will not be responsible for any compensation or damages incurred by you. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations or refunds due to a delay in delivery.
