With this in mind, I create pottery that is like a companion to us, something that we use without even realizing it and that is always nearby.

Born in 1973 in Mikuni-cho, Sakai City, Fukui Prefecture
1955 Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Fukui University
1999: Studied under Masato Omori of Tosai Kiln
In 2004, he became independent and started making pottery in Mikuni, focusing on tableware for everyday use.
