Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.

We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.

Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.

Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Products under warranty should be handled with care.

If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.

We use "Shopify Payments" as our payment processing system to ensure that our customers can make secure payments. Your credit card information is processed and securely stored by Shopify Japan K.K., and is not passed through our site, so your credit card number, PIN code, and other information is never recorded by us.

Shopify is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant, which means that your credit card information is managed with the same level of security as international financial institutions.

Once an order has been confirmed, no cancellations or changes can be accepted. After an order is confirmed, we do not accept any returns, refunds, or cancellations due to customer reasons such as wrong size, misplaced or incorrectly ordered items. Please check the product, quantity, amount, etc. carefully before placing your order. However, if you find a defect that is not described in the product description, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product and return the product within 1 week. We will respond with either an exchange or refund.

If the billing address/zip code on your credit card does not match the address/zip code you entered when you made your payment at our store, your credit card transaction may result in an authorization error. Please be sure to enter the billing address and zip/postal code registered on your credit card and try again, as Shopify Payment's security program is designed to prevent unauthorized use. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Customers who have registered as members of this website can print a receipt by clicking the "View Order" button in the "Order Confirmation" e-mail that is automatically sent to you after your order is confirmed, and then clicking the "Print Receipt" button on your order confirmation page. If you are not a registered member and have made a purchase, please contact marukaku_nagoya@kiwa-group.co.jp to request a receipt. We will be happy to assist you.
